Trawling is still described as the most dangerous peacetime occupation in the UK and it was certainly no easier in the days of the side-trawlers! This multi award winning attraction recreates the maritime heritage of Great Grimsby! Return to the 1950’s to discover the ‘world’s premier fishing port’ as you experience life during the height of the fishing industry, both at home and at sea! With authentic smells, sounds, moving deck, accurate recreations and original preserved interiors, you will develop a  whole new respect for your fish and those that catch it! Admission includes a tour of the preserved 1957 side trawler, ROSS TIGER
