Unwind in one of our Award winning cottages set in seventeen acres of private grounds. Originally a 19th century dairy farm,  each of our eight cottages, seven of which have achieved Gold Awards from VisitEngland, have been sympathetically converted and offer quality accommodation in peaceful surroundings.

The cottages sit on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and in the heart of beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and are located in the village of Tetney,  just a short drive to Cleethorpes, Grimsby and Louth, and surrounded by walking and cycling country.

All our cottages offer lovely views over the Lincolnshire countryside and have French windows opening onto a private patio with garden furniture and parasols. Every cottage has a fully equipped kitchen. Lounge areas have flat screen TV with freeview and there is free WIFI internet connection in all cottages

Bed linen, duvets, pillows, towels, tea towels, cleaning materials, cot, high chair, stair gate and hair dryer are provided free of charge and electricity and central heating are included in the weekly rental price.

There are two planted courtyards, one with a covered veranda style outdoor area with heating, lighting, a BBQ, and a pool table.  There is lighting from dusk to dawn , ample free parking and an electric car charger.
