Since opening our doors in 2012 we have been awarded an AA rosette, Taste of Excellence Award for two years running and The Journal’s Restaurant of the Year 2013-2014, voted for by the readers.

Our Kitchen is run by Executive Head Chef Steven Bennett who began cooking at the age of 18, born and raised in Grimsby. Steven opened the doors to The Comfy Duck in 2012 following over 15 years working at various local restaurants and a Michelin star restaurant in North Yorkshire.
